ESPRESSO (SHORT BLACK)


DOPPIO ESPRESSO (DOUBLE SHORT BLACK)
Single shot of coffee 30ml
Double shot of coffee 50-55ml
RISTRETTO 15-20ml

MACCHIATO
Single shot of coffee 30ml
Steam milk to 65-70c
Add 2 full teaspoons of dense froth and milk to the centre of the espresso

PICCOLO LATTE / LONG MACCHIATO


Single shot of coffee 30ml
Steam milk to 65-70c
Pour in ⅔ of milk and top with dense froth (1 cm)

LATTE
Single shot of coffee 30ml
Steam milk to 65-70c
Pour in ⅔ of milk and top with dense froth (1 cm)

MOCHA
Single shot of coffee 30ml
Add 1 full teaspoon of chocolate powder and mix with the shot of coffee
Steam milk to 65-70c
Pour in ⅔ of milk and top with dense froth (1 cm)

HOT CHOCOLATE & CHAI LATTE


Add chocolate powder or chai and mix with a bit of hot water
Steam milk to 65-70c
Pour in ⅔ of milk and top with dense froth (1 cm)
Dust gently with chocolate / Chai powder on top

CAPPUCCINO
Single shot of coffee 30ml
Steam milk to 65-70c
Pour in ⅔ of dense froth milk. (Minimum 2 cm)

FLAT WHITE
Single shot of coffee 30ml
Steam milk to 65-70c
Pour milk with less froth

LONG BLACK
Fill cup with ⅔ of hot water
Double shot of coffee 50-60ml made with the double handle
Allow shot of coffee to float over the surface of the hot water
