Planting a tree is such a fulfilling activity to do especially when you are at the comfort of your
own hometown. The first thing I did was to choose the best possible location for the trees so its
growth would be guaranteed in a way that it is safe and secured from possible road accidents. I
decided to plant it at the back of our home which is only accessible by the immediate family.
Before planting, I first cleaned the surroundings since it is full of grown bushes and fallen leaves
for it to look clean and neat. Then I asked my older brother to create a tree guard for my trees
while I was cleaning. A tree guard is a necessary material especially during the 1 st few months
since it protects the seedlings from the possible damaged from the physical environment. The
trees may be safe from general public but it is not secured from creatures like chicken, roosters,
and frogs which are common in our area. Then, I started right-size planting hole for the
seedlings with the guidance of my mother whose hobby is gardening. I carefully put the seedling
afterwards and return the soil back, slowly making it even and ensuring the right positioning of
the seedling. Lastly, I put the tree guard to protect the tree, repeated the process for the two-
remaining seedling, and I carefully watered my newly planted seedlings.
