Q6: I feel like a complete outsider in the company. I am from north India and do not
understand the language spoken by the employees in my team. I have taken repeated
initiatives to bond with the team, but I always feel as the odd one out.

The CEO’s talk about the organisational commitment to quality is a farce. Them ploy
for the indicated that she had been passed over for a promotion, and was told that
because she was a woman, she would not able to complete the required travel.

My children’s day care closes at 6 PM, but if there is work, I am supposed to complete
it before I go. Sometimes I also work on holidays and there is no policy of
compensatory off. There are all men in top management, and no one seems to
understand the issues and concerns of a woman here. Neel felt depressed. It’s seen his
efforts to diversify the company were coming apart. He had brought workers with COBBA306.6
varied backgrounds from all across country, but his efforts appeared short lived.
