2. The assignment is to be done in groups. Each group will submit 1 assignment. Only
one person from the group should upload the assignment in the designated
email and UFUTURE. Use the cover page for the assignment in the next page and
save your document as: Your group name_class_AGENCY (e.g. SUCCESS_NBF2A
_MLS).

3. Your answer must be in English.

4. References (found online or offline) must be cited at the end of your answer.
References can be published books, e-books, articles from scholarly journal, main-
stream newspaper portal or official government websites/credible online sources.

5. Plagiarism and copying from other students will be penalized.

a) Woo Young Wo runs a restaurant at Taman Cha Cha Cha, Puncak Alam. He
ordered from Joong Suk Mini Market 50 bags of Pakistani basmati rice at
RM40 per bag and 200 packets of sugar at RM2.20 per packet. It was
expressly agreed between the parties that Joong Suk must pack the sugar in
boxes containing 20 packets each. However, when Joong Suk delivered the
goods to Woo Young Wo's restaurant, it was found that the sugar was packed
in boxes containing 30 packets each. The basmati rice that was supplied was
found to be from India and not Pakistan. Woo Young Wo wishes to reject the
goods.

Advise Woo Young Wo.
