5.5.2 POWER CONNECTION TO HEATED SAMPLE LINE

The power cable for the heated hose E1 has to be mounted according to the following table.

The power cable is at fixed part of the heated To terminal row X16 according to the cable
sample line E1 list

5.5.2.1 Commissioning of Heated Sample Line

After installation, as described in section 13 and checking of all electrical and mechanical
installation, the system can be commissioned as follows:

Check set point temperature Check on temperature controller that the set point is 180°C.

5.5.3 HEATED SAMPLE LINE TEMPERATURE

The temperature of the heated sample line is controlled by the PLC. Settings are done on
the HMI see section

5.5.4 DISMOUNTING OF HEATED SAMPLE LINE

Issue: Procedure:
Stop the analysis Put the system into TEST mode and stop the analysis as
described in section 9.3.2.
Shut of power Turn off circuit breaker 11F1 located in the GMU.
Disconnect power cable at terminal row X16 in the GMU
Disconnect gas hose at both Refer to section 6 to extract and secure the probe
ends. Disconnect hose in both ends
Purge hose with ambient air, N2 or instrument air
Free Heated Sample Line for support throughout its length

5.5.5 PTFE HOSE CONNECTIONS.

Hoses is part of Start Up Accessories. (see section “Partlist” in system users manual)

GMU To
From bulkhead labelled “CALIBRATION GAS” Calibration gas cylinders.
From bulkhead labelled “GAS OUT” Open air or at least a well ventilated place, Not
in the analysis room. This hose must not be
blocked.
From bulkhead labelled “PURGE OUT 1” Open air or at least a well ventilated place, Not
in the analysis room. This hose must not be
blocked.
From bulkhead labelled “PURGE OUT 2” Open air or at least a well ventilated place, Not
in the analysis room. This hose must not be
blocked.

DANGER: Pressurized during cleaning.

Acid condensate can exit from bulkhead.
Lead to low level (max. 50cm above floor)
From bulkhead labelled “CONDENSATE” To condensate container C2
