• Owned and delivered complete product roadmap, configured multi-level KPIs & OKRs for Maersk’s warehousing
business over 1 year, including improvement of P&L by 230 mil USD, improvement of NPS by 11 points (22%).
• Spearheaded development of Maersk’s own Appointment Management System from ground up, implemented the same
