Corporation, established under Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development
Corporation Act, 1980 (0dishà Act, 1 of 1981) having its Head Office at IDCOo Tower,
Janpath, Bhubaneswar represented by Divisional Head, IDCo, Cuttack Division,
Erigineer-in-charge, hereinafter referred to as "Corporation" which expression shall
