The Students will be group into five; each group will choose one organization. The students should be able to identify the
role of each personnel in the different department of an organization (Marketing department, Human Resource
department, Administrative department, Production department) the process of their work and the nature of the
business.

OBSERVATION IN ANY BUSINESS OPERATION (AU FOODSTRIP, AU CANTEEN, BUSINESSES OUTSIDE AU MAIN/SOUTH)
BAM 191 STUDENTS are required to ask permission (letter) first to the chosen business to be observed, the teacher also
must oversee the activity. Students should take pictures as proof of the observation.
