Alternate between the scenarios provided and practice the delivery of good news.

Pay close attention to:


● Emotional reactions
● Facial expressions and body language
● Tone of voice
● Active interaction with the other participants (ask questions as needed)

Keep in mind that all conversations involve 2 or more people. Do your best to encourage the
other participants to provide their ideas, thoughts, opinions, questions, etc.

3. A coworker has been promoted to a higher position within the company.

4. The company has decided to give everyone a bonus for their hard work.

5. The company has just won a prestigious award for their work.

6. A new client has signed on with the company, which means the team will be working

on an exciting new project.

7. The company has decided to offer more flexible work hours, allowing employees to

work from home or choose their own hours.

8. A new employee has just joined the team and they bring with them a wealth of

experience and skills that will benefit the company.


9. The company has decided to provide additional training opportunities for employees

to help them develop new skills and advance their careers.

10. The team's hard work on a recent project has been recognized by a client, who has

provided positive feedback and wants to continue working with the company.
