SYNOPSIS:

Introduction:

The Curfew e-Pass Management System is a digital solution designed to streamline and

manage the issuance of curfew passes during emergency situations, such as pandemics, natural

disasters, or any event requiring restrictions on movement. This system aims to replace

traditional paper-based pass systems with an efficient and secure online platform.

Objective:

The primary objective of the Curfew e-Pass Management System is to provide a

convenient, transparent, and automated process for individuals and authorities involved in the

issuance and verification of curfew passes. The system aims to reduce physical contact,

enhance accuracy, and improve the overall efficiency of pass management during critical

situations.

The Present Project Elucidates the Following Features.:

User Registration:

Individuals can register on the platform by providing necessary details, including

personal information and the purpose of the pass request.

 Pass Application:

Users can submit their pass applications through the online portal, specifying the

reason, duration, and other relevant details.

Document Upload:

The system allows users to upload supporting documents, such as identity proof or any

required certificates, for verification purposes.

Validity Of Pass:

Authorities have access to provide the validity of pass. Pass is valid till authorized date

which help to avoid misuse of pass in curfew.

Dashboard for Authorities:

Authorities have access to a dedicated dashboard for managing and processing pass

applications, facilitating efficient decision-making.

Reporting and Analytics:

The system generates reports and analytics on pass applications, approvals, and denials,

aiding authorities in understanding and managing the situation effectively.
