A. Demonstration of effective sustainable management
To advise park administration, STINAPA Bonaire formed a committee comprised of members
from the tourism industry, conservation organizations, and the community. It was suggested that the
management plan be reviewed and modified on a regular basis. Certain portions must be reviewed and
updated during particular times. The strategy also specified which groups or individuals must be
involved in each review and update. Their long-term goal includes staff training so that they can
accomplish their individual roles, the development of research centers and lodges, police patrol to the
island, educating all stakeholders, unification with other sectors, and the collection of cash.
Furthermore, the marine park authorities appoint them as consultees for any development in
coastal and land regions. This meant that they should be the ones to advise and teach developers about
the significance of Bonaire's reefs and marine resources, with the support of legal and administrative
authorities.

B. Maximizing social and economic benefits to the local community and minimizing negative
impacts
The Island must improve its accommodations and other enterprises in order for more people to
avail their services for a long run. If they improve their infrastructure, more visitors will come to the
Island. Because more locals or small business owners will find employment, their economic growth
will also accelerate. The wider the economy, the more people can go.

C. Maximizing benefits to cultural heritage and minimizing negative impacts

Bonaire's culture still values culture highly. A number of organizations have been working on
holding an event that would highlight Bonairean customs and traditional crafts for many years. The
cultural event aims to preserve Bonaire's intangible legacy. Speakers are requested to tell guests tales
about their crafts and other endeavors. People can take pleasure in and encounter Bonaire's sincerity.
Furthermore, they can also provide platforms or other social media that will recognize their
cultural heritage to not be forgotten and to be passed to the next generation.

D. Maximizing benefits to the environment and minimizing negative impacts

They should make sure that the reefs and other marine resources are shielded from impacts
from the land in order to avoid harming the environment. With the assistance of legal and
governmental authorities, they must provide guidance and inform developers, workers, and tourists
about what they should and shouldn't do regarding the importance of Bonaire's reefs and marine
resources.
