HISTORY: Microalbuminuria.

COMPARISON: None

FINDINGS:

Measurements (long axis):

Right kidney: 9.6 cm
Left kidney: 10.8 cm

Kidneys: There is focal parenchymal scarring in the interpolar region of

the right kidney. There is a clear cyst in the interpolar left kidney
measuring up to 0.9 cm. The perinephric regions appear normal. There is no
hydronephrosis. There our bilateral nonobstructive renal calculi measuring
0.3 cm in the right lower pole and 0.5 cm and the left interpolar region.
No solid renal masses are seen.

Bladder: The bladder is imaged at a volume of 78 cc. The wall thickness is

normal for the degree of distention. No masses, calculi, or diverticula are
identified. There is a cc post-void residual. Prostate is normal in size
measuring 30 cc in volume.
