Scholarship Program.
I am ____, a graduating student of Grade 12 at ______. My father's name is and my
Mother's name is. My father is a corn farmer, at the same time an Agricultural delivery
driver. My mother on the other hand, is a housewife and an owner of a small Sari-sari
store, at Barangay_____ . I'm the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs.____. I am
applying for this scholarship to help my parents lessen their financial difficulties in terms
of my education, also I want to become more self-reliant and hardworking student
through the help of this scholarship.
