Our association is currently partnering the Barcelona National High School for Fish
Processing engagement for business purposes and at the same time a venue for work
immersion of students. This is help the members of the association to earn income from the
value-added products that we will be marketed and provide assistance to the food
processing students as well. However, the association has no enough facility to process
more products hence there is limited production as of the moment.
Anent to this, we are asking your good agency to please help us in acquiring those lacking
facility to increase our production. We are requesting 1 unit of Stainless made Smokehouse
for us to process smoke fish. These resources will help also the students learn the skills and
knowledge they deserve to gain and specially in passing the competency assessment for
Food (Fish) Processing NC II.
