Informal Communication

Informal communication is an informal and unofficial kind of communication in which

information is transmitted spontaneously between two or more people without according to
official norms, protocols, systems, formalities, or chain of command. Informal communications
are based on personal or informal relationships such as friends, peers, family, club members, and
so on, and are thus exempt from organisational formality and rules.It can be referred as
“Grapevine”
