Note on CSR support as asked by Thinkerbell Labs

We have been approached by Mr. Nikhil Boddu for our CSR support for this FY to
help the 60 blind schools that are eagerly waiting for Annie (a braille learning
platform) across India.
During the discussion with Mr. Boddu held on 12th Feb, 2024, he informed us about
ANNIE, a braille learning device developed by Thinkerbell Labs which makes braille
learning easy.
He further explains, that the CSR funding shall be routed either through “ENABLE
INDIA” or through “NIRMAN”.
He further informed that “ENABLE INDIA” and “NIRMAN” are two well-known
foundations which are dealing in conducting CSR activities with a track record of the
same and are statutory compliant organization fulfilling the legal requirements for
accepting the CSR funding.
Conclusion:
The asked CSR funding shall be routed either through “ENABLE INDIA” or
“NIRMAN”, by entering into a tri-partite agreement in which the funding shall be used
by “ENABLE INDIA” or “NIRMAN” in schools using ‘ANNIE’ for making blind students
learn braille.

review.
