CIRCULAR

Sub:- Proposal for seeking permission to enable the access of digital education of Delhi
Government Schools by providing the Free Licenses for Premium Subscription of
BYJU's E-Learning for 3 years (CBSE School Course Content) alongwith
conducting sensitization workshop on MHM, Wash, Good Touch Bad Touch and
Gender Sensitization.

Please find enclosed herewith a letter received from Ladli Foundation Trust regarding
proposal and seeking permission for non-financial collaboration with the Education Department
to implement their E-Pathanshala project with Digital Education by providing Free Licenses for
Premium Subscription of 13YJU's E-Learning for 3 years (CBSE School Course Content)
alongwith conducting sensitization workshop on MHM, Wash, Good Touch Bad Touch and
Gender Sensitization of the interested students of 8th to 12th classes of Delhi Government
Schools.

Thus, all the DDEs (Districts) arc directed to nominate a HoS (preferably having
facility of auditorium in his/her school) as a District Nodal Officer for the Ladli Foundation
Project.

All the HoSs of Government schools are directed to nominate a school Coordinator
(preferably TOT Science) and send their name, designation, mobile number, e-mail address
to the concerned DDE (Districts) for onward submission to the Ladli Foundation.
The DDEs (Districts) arc directed to send the name, designation, mobile number, e-
mail address of their District Nodal Officer and School Coordinators, after compilation,
directly to Ladli Foundation at e-mail founderladlifoundation.com
The permission to Ladli Foundation for implementing their E-Pathanshala project of
the interested students of 8 th to 12th classes of Delhi Government Schools is given with the
following terms and conditions:
1. The schools working should not be disrupted. The safety and security of the students should
be ensured.
2. Financial aid will not be provided by the Directorate of Education and its students to the
concerned Organization or to any person. Moreover no foreign funding should be involved in
the project without the prior approval of DoE and following the guidelines issued by GoI.
3. Privacy of students/parents should not be affected in the process of project.
4. Material will not show any kind of advertisement i.e. name, sign, logo, sponsorship and
material should not be distributed by any Celebrity.
5. There shall be no uploading of the image/pictures/video of the students on social media
pages expect with the prior written permission of the Director (Education).
6. Organizations have to ensure that no damages occur while conducting the program. It will be
the sole responsibility of the Organization and it should rectify to the entire satisfaction of
the HoS if there is any damage.
7. The permission is purely provisional and liable to be withdrawn at any time if it is found
to be against the national interest or causes any type of obstruction in the functioning of
DoE as well as violation of these terms and conditions.
8. The I)oE will indemnify against any legal/financial liability/litigation that may arise out
of the project process or its findings. •
9. Ensure that the Covid-19 protocol is being followed strictly.
10.The Safety and security of the students should be ensured

This issues with the prior approval of the Competent Authority.

The drive should be run under the supervision of Coordinator Teacher(s). No
unauthorized person should be allowed inside classes.

About the Organization: Ladli Foundation is a grassroots-level non-profit organization known for

the National Award by Govt. of India for directly serving over one million beneficiaries through its action-
research-based projects by promoting sustainable living for achieving UN SDGs.With the experience of 10
years of implementing highly impactful initiatives in urban and rural slums, we have directly served and
benefited over 1 million Beneficiaries.
About the Project: Covid-19 Pandemic has disrupted the learning for more than 1.5 billion children and youth
globally. Most students around the world are out of school and using digital / remote learning programs. The
situation has become worse and increased the gap in school-based learning and education for Marginalized
students. As per WEF Report, 320 million learners in India have been adversely affected with this and have
transitioned to e-learning.

Inspired by Swami Vivekananda "IF THE POOR CANNOT COME TO EDUCATION, EDUCATION
MUST GO TO HIM." The Ladli Foundation have collaborated with BYJU's (India's leading Digital
Education Provider) for enabling Digital Education for Marginalized Students.

In continuation of same would like to seek a non-financial collaboration with your department to implement our
E- Pathanshala project to enable one lac students with Digital Education by Providing the Free Licenses
for Premium Subscription of BYJU's E-Learning for 3 years CBSE School Course Contentialong with
conducting sensitization workshop on MHM, Wash, Good Touch-Bad Touch and Gender Sensitization

Plan of Action

1. A Nodal officer from the department and School Coordinator from each school will be required to

coordinate for the program.

2. An exclusive session will be conducted with the School coordinators to brief them about the program

and its enrollment process.

3. Enrollment of students for class 8th to 12th for CBSE Course content will begin through a Google form.

4. After procuring the students data same will be processed by Ladli foundation to Activate the Premium

Subscription licenses as per Given details ( this process will take 15 to 25 days )

5. Ladli Foundation will share a unique link to download the BYJU's (Think and. Learn Premium Mobile

App ) for Students.

6. After Completion of Enrolment and data verification Given Mobile Number of Student will be activated

as Registered Mobile Number to receive login details/OTP to use the Subscription on the Mobile App.
