Introduction
Issues related to the crime rate are frequently
discussed these days.

It is argued that because of the development of

technology, criminal situations have been fallen
over recent years.

I totally agree with this assertion (断言) and the

explanation will be shown in the following
paragraphs.
Paragraph 1
The principal reason to consider is that hi-technology
has a great impact on human's living.

In other words, the development of technology,

including security cameras and the internet can lead
humans to feel more secure than in the past.

Since these devices aim to prevent unexpected severe

moments and would record all happening scenery.

For instance, most settlers today install CCTVs at

their homes in order to prevent robbery, hence, minor
crime rates have been dropped than before.
Paragraph 2
Another point is that new technology has a positive result on
the jury (陪审团) and security officers.

To explain, most evidence derived (派生的)from several types

of upcoming technologies, such as smartphones can lead the
judge to discipline more accurate.

Besides, in the digital era, everything can be analyzed by the

computer and people can acquire more deeply information.

As a result, a criminal person has been rapidly arrested by

polices. To exemplify, in Thailand, detective officers use
programs in the computer analyzing fingertips in order to find
the identity of thieve.
Conclusion
All things considered; I am of the opinion that
thanks to the enhancement of technology,

nowadays crowds are living more safely than in

the past.

However, individuals should carefully utilize new

technology in terms of privacy and security.
