develop, expand, and become more successful.

The table above depicts the prediction of event demand for the previous

and upcoming five (5) years, based on the overall frequency of respondents

booking a space for events.

The proponents collected the total events from the total frequency that

respondents select an event place in celebrations in the area, with a total of 1,336

people tending to rent a space for an event, to get the demand for 2023. To get the

previous five years of demand, divide 2023 demand by 1.02, and multiply 2023

demand by 1.02 for the next five years.

According to the data acquired, the statistics on the percentage of

individuals who hire a venue with a total of (1.02), there is no particular

information for Quezon Province or Sariaya, Quezon. However, this is merely

data obtained by proponents on the people who hire a venue in the targeted area.

The table above shows the supply for direct competitors of St. Jude Coop

Event Center, Ludy’s Event Center, Golden Orange Reception, SBH Reception

Hall, Barangay Court, Balai Sadyaya, and others. The proponents conducted

surveys with several event venues in the area to gain insights on renting an event

space.
The first interview was with the prestigious St. Jude Coop Event Center,

which can host fifteen (15) events per month. By multiplying the number of

events in a month by twelve (12) months, the venue could hold up to one hundred

eighty (180) events annually. The other event location in Sariaya Quezon comes

next, and there are a total of three hundred seventy-two (372) events held annually

among all the events that are being evaluated. The celebrants or the people

acquiring an event space preferred to be in a good location so that they could

easily get easy access to transportation. Additionally, clients may want a venue

that can be accessible for all kinds of events.
