GOAL To lead and create a dance presentation focusing on aerobics,

resistance and/or flexibility routine.


ROLE You are a dancer / choreographer
AUDIENCE Fellow students who study Physical Education
SITUATION Sedentary lifestyle is now experienced by most of the students
due to various reasons. Students have a greater risk of
encountering stress and having an unhealthy lifestyle due to poor
activities. To engage the students in an active lifestyle and
influence others positively, they will create a Zumba Dance
Presentation.
PRODUCT Dance Presentation (min. of 5 minutes)
PERFORMANCE
STANDARDS The Group will be graded in the following Criteria: Organization,
Quality, Creativity, Understanding the topic, Relevance to the
topic, Time Management. A total of 90 points will be accumulated.
Individual performances will be graded in the following criteria:
Participation and quality of contribution. A total of 10 points will be
accumulated

GUIDELINES:
1. The class will be divided into 7-8 members.
2. The class will lead and create a dance presentation focusing on aerobics, resistance
and/or flexibility routine.
3. They will create a Zumba Dance Presentation.
4. The performance will be live.
5. Wear appropriate/costumes attire for the performance.
6. Meeting and practice outside the school is prohibited.
7. The performance date will be on March 4 – 8, 2024.
