and attendance. He was already given a warning to prevent further absences and meet
the goals set on his performance plan. Employee agreed on all the actions plans in the
discussion.

1. After thorough deliberation of the Management, it is decided that your employment
with The Canadian Kitchen Company will be terminated effective three days from
receipt of this letter (December 14, 2023)
2. This decision has been made after reviewing the results of your 1 st and 2nd
Performance Improvement Plan and also your performance from 17 November until
8th December.
3. Processing and release of your clearance will be done once all company issued
equipment has been returned.
