Next Generation Child Care & Preschool is a family-owned, licensed child care center. We
value our teachers and their motivation to make a difference in a child’s life. We are looking
for candidates that are as compassionate about the growth and development of the children

support a well-rounded, individualized curriculum that is fully engaging and tailored to each
child’s developmental needs.

Next Generation Child Care & Preschool is looking for childcare assistant teachers that are
patient, loving, energetic, dependable, professional and can communicate on each child's

applicants must be available until 6:30 PM at least one day each week. Advancement
opportunities are often available.

We understand our teachers and staff are the most valuable part of our program. Our pay
scale is based on the experience and value each person brings to the center and is
comparable to other licensed childcare centers in the Omaha metro.

We offer benefits to staff working 35 or more hours per week and include competitive wages,
paid on-the-job training, and significantly discounted childcare rates.
