RESOLUTION FOR THE YEARLY SALARY BONUSES AND ALLOWANCES FOR THE SECURITY GUARDS
AND MAINTENANCE WORKERS OF THE COMMONWEALTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.

WHEREAS, The officers, as a way of gratitude towards its employees for the security and
maintenance of the subdivision have agreed to give its employees specifically the security guards
and their maintenance workers an additional remuneration besides their salaries a yearly bonus and
allowances;

WHEREAS, the yearly bonus will be given on or before December 24 th of every year, and their
allowances will be given every month;

WHEREAS, The yearly bonus will be according to the length of services rendered and it can only be
availed of if the security guard or the maintenance worker already served the Homeowners
Association for one year;

WHEREAS, The amount of the bonus given yearly will be at the discretion of the officers which will
be based on the funds available in that specific year. The bonus will vary depending on the
availability of the funds of the Association in that specific year;

WHEREAS, The allowances will be given to the employees and workers upon employment;

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved, for the yearly salary bonuses and
allowances for the security guards and maintenance workers of the Homeowners association.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of the resolution be furnished to the Housing Land Use and
Regulatory Board (HLURB), Quezon City and other concerned agencies for their information,
guidance and appropriate action.

UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED AND APPROVED. During the Board Meeting held on _________ at Quezon
City.
