Intellect School)

2OO7, the start of the well-known private institute now known as “The Intellect School”. The
school is focused on providing students education aligned with Islamic beliefs – emphasizing on
the importance of both worldly and religious knowledge in a balanced way.

The school primarily has a more traditional teaching style. With teachers and staff attending to
classrooms with 20 or more students (each) at the same time. However, during the pandemic the
school approached the virtual way to convey their messages and lessons to students through
various links, websites and apps making the experience unique and interactive.

The Intellect school uses unique ways to make learning enjoyable for students. The most
appreciated of these unique ways is the fact that they include many contests and activities to
participate in, to boost confidence and build character. For example, the inter school spelling bee
–held yearly- which enhances the students vocabulary with profound words and improves their
pronunciation. Not to mention the school’s thorough layout; with boys and girls having different
sections to implement modesty among both genders.

However, there are many aspects which the school could improve on. One of these aspects could
be the possible updating of the white school uniform which – despite its professional look – gets
stained and untidy quickly making it a hassle to wash and replace them. On the topic of
“professional looks” we can address the school’s parking lot which can use some much-needed
signs and proper planning to avoid traffic during dismissal times. Another aspect the school
could ponder upon is the permissible use of cell phones for the middle school sections and higher
since our generation depends on technology and the addition of a more digital approach to
teaching is also needed.

In conclusion, The Intellect School has established itself as a reputable institution dedicated to
providing education aligned with Islamic beliefs while emphasizing the importance of both
worldly and religious knowledge. Through its traditional teaching style and innovative
approaches, such as virtual learning during the pandemic and engaging contests and activities,
the school strives to create an enjoyable and enriching educational experience for its students.
While there are areas for improvement, such as updating the school uniform, enhancing parking
facilities, and considering the integration of technology in education, The Intellect School
continues to evolve and adapt to meet the needs of its students and maintain its commitment to
excellence in education.
