School Counseling Mission Statement:

Chicago Academy High School’s school counseling program utilizes equitable interventions to
support all aspects of our students’ identities. We collaborate with community stakeholders to
fulfill the academic, social-emotional, and college and career readiness of each student.

Annual Student Outcome Goals:


1. By June 2024, 12th Grade Students will decrease chronic absenteeism rates by 8.6%
from 48.6% to 40%.

2. By June 2024, Black Freshman Students will increase the percentage rates on track for
on-time graduation by 5% from 92.3% to 97.3%
