The major aim of Guidance

Counseling Services is to
encourage students'
academic, social,
emotional and personal
development. To reach this
aim, guidance counseling
services help students get to
know themselves better and
find effective solutions to
their daily problems.
Educational guidance and

counseling not only assist
students in making job
decisions but also boosts
their confidence and
mentally prepares them for
societal challenges.
Teachers assist students in
identifying their strengths,
honing their interests, and
providing them with career
options to pursue their
ambitions.
The Primary School Home

Room Teacher's primary job
is to ensure that, in line
with the school's Mission
and Objectives, all
students learn the content
and essential skills at each
grade level as detailed in
the school's schemes of
work.
Meaning of Guidance. The

guidance refers to advice or
information provided by a
person of experience, to
solve a problem or
improve something. The
guidance refers to the
process of helping
individuals to discover and
develop their potential. The
need of guidance is
something that cannot be
ignored by anyone.

personal/social development and
