LEASE OF CONTRACT

Lessee : Mark Armiel P. Mosquisa
Address : Lubo zone 2 sta Cruz Davao del sur
Term : One (1) from March 5, 2024 up to March 5, 2024
Rental : ₱17,000.00 per month payable in advance every 5th day of the month.
Grace Period : Five (5) days from due date.
Penalty Charge: ₱100.00 per day
Deposit : Two (2) months deposit./ 10 months advance
Total amount Paid: ₱ 204,000.00 for 12 months PURPOSE of deposit (1) one month
deposit will be for any damages to the leased property, for unpaid water and electric
bills. ₱1000.00 will be deducted for cleaning fee. Any remaining balance, shall be
released only, (1) one month after vacating.

Use: For residential purpose only

Water and electric bills/ utilities: Lessees account
Care: Maintain in clean and in sanitary condition.
Number of occupants: Max of two persons
Visitors: Max of (2) two visitor’s only and (3) three days maximum numbers of stay.
₱250 will be charge per visitors for the water bill.
Pet: no pets allowed
Sublease: Not allowed

LESSEE shall follow all the rules and regulations that maybe issued by the
