    Objective(s)/Agenda:
     Orientation on Contextualization
     Integration of Contextualization, Localization and Indigenization in Lesson Plan

    Preliminaries:
     Opening Program
     Attendance Recognition
     Presentation of Agenda

    Proceedings:

    The said activity started at exactly 1:00 P.M . After the preliminaries, the
    presentation of agenda followed such has:
    *Orienting teachers the purpose of the activity.
    *Contextualization is to integrate local and regional context into the education
    curriculum in order to make learning more relevant and meaningful to the students.
    *Contextualization, localization and indigenization are integrated in the SIP/AIP for the
    School Year.
    * Localization guidelines are agreed by the school community.
    * It was agreed by the School Head and the teachers that contextualization, localization
    and indigenization should be integrated in the Lesson Plan.
    In conclusion, the objectives of the activity were successfully attained.
    Challenges Encountered: Some of the teachers forgot to bring with them their
    Curriculum Guides.
