The Eligibility of the bidders for participating in the tende

office as per the Notic e inviting tende r was class 'A•. As per
the Kera )a PWD manu al,
the contractors having "A' class registration can take up all work
s witho ut any financial
limit, and the financial limit for takin g up the work for contr
actor s havin g 'B' class
registration is up to 2.5 Crore s.
While verifying the bidders Registration certif icate issue
d by Publi c \Vork s
Department, Government of Madh ya Pradesh for civil work
s, the categ oriza tion of the
registration certificate and financial limit for taking up the work
are not seen ment ioned
in the registration certificate issued. Hence it is not able to evalu
ate the eligib ility of the
bidder to take up the work tendered from this office.
