REGULATIONS

1 Introduction

Our uniform plays a significant role in the WIZZ brand. When wearing the uniform we
identify ourselves as part of the successfully growing company, therefore, we must be
aware that the way we conduct ourselves in it influences the public image of Wizz Air. As
Cabin Crew, we are the first line of contact with our customers and it is up to us to portray
a professional image to our guests.

Our image is a part of our brand and influences customer’s perception and choice. Our
uniform and appearance is a key element of the Wizz Air brand. We want to project a neat,
clean, and professional image. Adhering to the grooming standards and wearing the
uniform as intended conveys a consistent look and brand experience.

All revised paragraphs are marked with a black boarder.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

CABIN ATTENDANT Page 10

WORKWEAR REGULATIONS

2 General guidelines
This policy sets out workwear (uniform) and appearance requirements and recommended
practices aiming to enhance Wizz Air’s public image and facilitating its external contacts.

This policy is applicable to all Wizz Cabin Crew members while on duty. This policy does
not form part of any employee's contract of employment and Wizz Air may amend it at
any time.

The aim of the workwear regulations is to ensure clear guidelines are followed across the
network. This will support us in meeting set expectations and ensuring our customers
receive a professional service that we stand for.

Any recommendations or questions should be directed to the Cabin Crew Base Manager
or to the Cabin Crew Service Manager as entities having the authority to further evaluate
and accept or refuse workwear-related aspects not specified or not exhaustively specified
in this manual.

Cabin Crew is our most valuable asset, and Wizz Air recognizes and values diversity of
cultures, religions and beliefs. Accordingly, the provisions of this policy were prepared with
a view to the diverse needs of individuals where this does not compromise the safety of
operations, passengers or employees, or provides basis for a likelihood of injury to
passengers’ feelings and thereby damage the professional standing of the organisation.
Crew members who feel a need to adapt these standards to meet their personal beliefs or
physical needs are advised to consult their Base Manager. Any proposed deviation from
this policy because of culture, ethnic, religious and physical consideration must be agreed
in consultation with the Base Manager.

The workwear regulations are updated whenever deemed necessary by the Inflight Service
Manager with the approval of the Head of Cabin Operations. Your feedback is considered
to be valuable in any new process set.

The WIZZ uniform should only be worn at work and commuting to and from work. There
are times, however, when due to convenience we may find ourselves in a public place
wearing uniform, i.e. gas station, shop etc. Under these circumstances we are still a
representative of Wizz Air and the uniform standards must be adhered to.

Furthermore, regardless of circumstances whenever in uniform please act as Wizz Air

representative by offering your support and delivering customer service whenever needed.

Conduct in regard to the Cabin Crew Workwear Regulations

Cabin Crew members are required to:

• Maintain one’s uniform in an excellent condition

• Wear one’s uniform only while on duty or heading to and returning from duty
