The undersigned year college students of Bicol University College of Social Sciences and Philosophy
(BUCSSP) – Political Science Department, are currently undertaking a research study entitled, “The
Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Smoke-free ordinance of Ligao City”

The main purpose of which, is to determine how the management works in the Masbate-Mobo Water
District (MMWD) as well as the satisfaction level of the consumers of the MMWD.

In line of this, we would like to request for your approval as their key respondent for this study to be
conducted through an interview of the chairman of the board, the general manager, and the four (4)
members of the board of the MMWD.
