Each station has a code, which includes a letter indicating station type and a numerical
symbol of the station.
Station type parameters are as follows:
R: Reagent station W: Water washing station O: Oven station
L: Loading station U: Unloading station T: Transfer station
Users can allocate station reagents according to usage and order of reagents. Each station
has a corresponding button, press the button directly to access the "Station Information"
menu. The station information interface allows for changing reagents and stations.

If the reagent stations are not sufficient, change the washing station “W5-W8” to the reagent
stations, but remember to keep at least one washing station to ensure that the washing step in
the staining process is operational.
The washing station W5-W8 can be used as station change, the reagent station
is not allowed to change, and the buttons that are not allowed to operate
presents grayed. After the washing station is replaced with a reagent station,
the corresponding washing tank needs to be replaced with a reagent tank.

After the reagent station is allocated, click the "Menu" button to enter the menu interface in the
main menu interface. Select the "Program" menu icon to enter the program management Interface.
The interface system provides two programs for user reference (Fig. 7), and the user can create a
new program.

If two programs share the same name, the new program name cannot be
saved. If a program name has been used before, the prompt message “The
program name exists, please rename it” is displayed when the program is
saved.
Click the drop-down box on the right side of “Creator” to select the corresponding creator, and
the operator only needs to select the correct creator.
2.1.3 Create date
The creation time is the current time automatically recognized by the system.
2.1.4 Step line of creating program
Click the button “Insert a step”, and the system displays a dialog box for editing steps (Fig. 9).
Figure 9
In order to complete the defining of program steps, the following parameters must be input:
1. The stations and reagents involved in the steps to be executed.
2. Step duration (1 second to 23hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds).
3. Leaching time (0 to 30 seconds).
4. Whether necessary to precisely define as (yes / no).
5. Frequency of vibrating the tank (0 - 30 times).
If the site is selected as O13 (Oven Station), when editing this step, the contents of the bottom
column of the step edit display changes to the oven temperature setting. (Fig. 10)

Except the water washing station, each station can only be selected once in the
same program, and selected stations are highlighted by gray markers. (Fig. 12).
Figure 13
After reagent is selected, the staining time can be selected in the time column. The operator
can click the “+” or “–”symbol for to select time, or by clicking in the number area to display
the soft keyboard and then input the time expressed by minute and second.
Touch the leaching time column to display the soft keyboard, and enter a number to complete
the input (the default setting is 0, and the input value ranges from 0 to 30).

In the step editing box, the station reagents and time must be selected and set. Other
items can be set by default. When a certain step of the program is set as accurate, the
mechanical arm will give a priority to the handling of this step when running multiple
programs at the same time.
When online mode is turned on, creating an online program requires that set the last step
as a transfer station. When running the online program, the slide holder will finally be
placed in the transfer station and wait for the glass coverslipper to remove the coverslip.

When the device is working normally, it is not allowed to modify the reagent station and
the currently running program, and a warning message will pop up.
