OTHER REMARKS
1. Customer MUST check the contains of the D/O and any revision of D/O issued by carrier.
2. D/O will be valid until closing Depot of each vessel.
3. CY open/closing time subject to change with/without prior notice.
4. Container cannot be released without D/O original/copy.
5. Schedule subject to change with or without prior notice & Equipment subject to availability.
6. DETENTION TARIFF CALCULATION (day/container):
GP/HQ : more than 7 days : USD 50/75
OT/FL/PL : more than 7 days : USD 70/100
RF/RQ : more than 4 days : USD 70/100
7. DETENTION will be incurred if any returned empty container caused by Cancel Booking or Replace Container.

VGM NOTIFICATON
1) NO VGM, NO LOAD.
2) Customer have obligation to declare VGM and responsible for any consequence of discrepancy between VGM declared and actual weight, and tolerance error
range is less than 5% or 1 ton.
3) VGM Submission Cut-off time is 30 hours before vessel arrival.
4) Cargo weight should accordance with payload of container.
5) Any container damaged due to overweight or other losses will be under customer responsibility.
The booking party/shipper guarantees that himself, the consignee, notify party and end user of the shipment are not an individual or entity listed in any applicable
sanctions or restricted party list unless otherwise agreed. The booking party/shipper and other aforesaid parties shall comply at all times with all applicable
sanctions, embargoes, export controls, anti-boycott regulations and other restrictive measures of the PRC, the US, the EU and any other relevant countries. The
booking party/shipper agrees that the carrier retains the right to reject any shipment which is sanctions involved, and if it is later found that there may be sanctions
involved, the carrier has the right to return the shipment at the carrier's discretion. The booking party/shipper agrees that all costs and consequences that might
incur shall be borne by the shipper and/ or booking party.

Please load cargo in strict accordance with the maximum load limit (max gross) on the container. The cargo owner should be liable for all the responsibility if the
container is damaged due to overweight or other losses caused.
