Control Services such as General Disinfestations (Cockroach, Bugs, ants, spiders,
Lizards, etc.) Anti-Termite Treatment, Anti-wood Borer
Treatment,Fogging(Anti-Mosquitoes) and Anti-Rodent Treatment, etc. For Residencial,
Offices, Restaurant, Hotels, Hospitals, Housing Societies, Industries & Theaters, etc. using
imported equipment and highly skilled manpower.

We also undertake Pre-construction and Post-construction Anti-Termite Treatment,

which is carried out in progressive stages, beginning with treatment of excavated
area/back-fill earth, through all stages of construction, upto the plinth level, pre-construction
Anti-Termite measures are carried out strictly in accordance with the guidelines laid
down in Indian Standards IS:6313, Part-I & II.

Please note that we also undertake preventive treatment of wood/timber in all forms
(Plywood, slats, beams, etc.) before it is converted into furniture, panelling, doors or
fixtures, to impart long term anti-wood borer properties.

This Treatment also pre-exempts expensive damage, subsequent remedial measures, as

down-time.

The application of pesticides by us will strictly adhere to prescribed safety parameters and
residual toxicity levels (for humans) will be maintained well within acceptable limits.

We are Licensed by Ministry of Govt. of Maharashtra as well as the Brihan Mumbai

Mahanagar Palika for the sale, storage and application of approved pesticides and
related formulations in keeping with established norms.

We also undertake Carpet Cleaning,Upholstery Cleaning and House Keeping Services.

All detergents, stain-removers and chemicals for cleaning purpose used by us are
Bio-Degradable, non-toxic, and will preserve the original aesthetics, as well as ensure a much
longer service like to your furnishings.
