Whenever a place needs to be protected from pest problems, first we identify the root of the
problem and then implement solutions with the help of latest technologies. Our team is very
professional, proactive, and knowledgeable, they attend latest trainings and seminars regarding
pest control technologies. Pests like cockroaches, ants and rodents can become a threat to your
potential health if not treated timely. Pest problems can be frustrating and disturbing, and we
provide you a peace of mind, in helping protect your place.

PROBLEM STATEMENT
As ABC is moving to another location on the Addie Street, next month, our company will provide
our routine services and prepare the office building by getting rid of the pest problem and
prevent future ones. Our focus is to do the following:

• Inspect the property and check if any damage has been caused because of pest problem
and identify what kind of pest problems exist.
• Remove the existing pest problem and restore the building to a healthy condition.
• Prevent future infestation and guarantee safety and protection by continuing the
inspection routinely.

METHODS TO CONTROL
We will be using the following two methods to get rid of the pest problem:

Spray
We use cold fogging machines for indoors. We spray aerosol in the entire building walls
and every nook and corner. This spray does not leave any stains on floors or walls. The
chemicals we use, are approved, and recommended by the World Health office.
Baits feeding
This works by putting bait poison in the pest populated areas. It attracts the pests and as
soon as they eat it, they get killed. They are designed to be injected or placed as dots in
cracks and nooks. Syringes and bait guns are used to place them.

Gagamit ng dalawang pamamaraan upang tuluyang mapuksa ang problema

hinggil sa mga peste:
Spray
Ginagamit namin ang cold fogging machines sa loob ng bahay.

Pagkaing Pangpain
Ito ay gumagana sa pamamagitan ng paglalagay ng pain na may lason
sa mga bahagi kung saan maraming peste. Naaakit dito ang mga peste at sa
sandaling kainin nila ito, sila ay mamamatay. Dinisenyo rin ito upang ilagay sa
mga bitak at sulok ng mga pader gamit ang hiringgilya at bait guns.

PROSESO NG PAGLUTAS SA MGA SULIRANIN

Unang Hakbang: Ang inspektor mula sa XYZ ay magsasagawa ng masusing

pag-iinspeksyon sa lugar at magsasagawa ng ebalwasyon. Matapos nito,
idodokumento ang lahat ng mga detalye tungkol sa mga nagging sira tulad ng
dahilan at anong uri ng peste mayroon sa lugar na amin namang ilalahad sa
technical staff.
Oras: Isang Linggo.
Ikalawang Hakbang: Kukuha ng rekomendasyon at pahintulot mula sa inyong
kumpanya at saka gagawin ang mga proseso ng paglutas ng suliranin.
Oras: Tatlo hanggang apat na araw.

Ikatlong Hakbang: Gagamitin ang angkop na mga pamamaraan sa pagpuksa

sa mga peste sa lugar.
Oras: Isa hanggang dalawang linggo.
