 Introduction
Throughout the year, malaria, dengue, and yellow fever are still ruling our community. All of these
diseases came from one organism, the mosquito. According to the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention, "mosquitoes spread diseases such as malaria, dengue, West Nile, yellow fever, Zika,
chikungunya, and lymphatic filariasis; the mosquito kills more people than any other creature in the
world." And in order to lessen the impact of the different diseases that a mosquito carries, our company
decided to come up with the idea of creating a certain product to keep mosquitos and other insects away. 
With the use of different processes and critical thinking, our agency decided to gather all the ideas, and all
the suggestions that our colleagues has given to us and came up with the idea of making a non-toxic and
100% natural ingredient Insect Repellent named, "Aceite de Neem". With the use of this repellent, we can
assure you that our community will gain some shields from the dangers of different viruses carried by a
small but terrible insect and will create an environment where in everyone is comfortable and has a safe
living.

Rationale Background
State the problem to be solved

Our agency visited different barangays in Rosales to see the problems they face and we saw that they
are having problems with mosquito bites and people are getting mosquito-borne disease which are the
dengue, malaria, chikungunya, and yellow fever . So we came up with a product mosquito spray killer
using neem oil and coconut oil named "Aceite de neem" that protect the body from insect bites,
prevention of mosquito-borne diseases and It will keep you and your family safe by preventing these
pesky critters from leaving itchy bites or swarming around your food.

State the projects significant

The primary beneficiaries of this project are the people in our community, who will benefit positively
from our agency. The product is the answer to the needs of the people in solving the problem in their
different barangays which has high dengue cases. The significance of this project is to prevent dengue
cases in all of the Barangays in Rosales. The use of our plant based mosquito repellent named (Aceite de
neem) that we created will help protect you from mosquitoes that spread malaria and other diseases, such
as dengue, chikungunya, and Yellow fever.
 Project Description

Objective of the project:

The concept paper aims to achieve its overall goal of Mosquito Spray Killer Using Neem Oil and Coconut
Oil by focusing on the following objectives: • To protect the body from insect bites that can have local or
systemic effects. • To aid in the prevention of mosquito-borne diseases such as malaria and dengue,
chikungunya, and yellow fever. • It will keep you and your family safe by preventing these pesky critters
from leaving itchy bites or swarming around your food.

Proposed Methodology/Action Plan:

Our organization decided to make an observation about our people's basic needs. We conducted
various studies and observations to identify the needs and necessities of our community in order to
promote a stable and dependable community. As a result, our agency decided to develop a product using
Neem Oil and Coconut Oil that will help to reduce the spread of various viruses carried by insects such as
mosquitoes. To produce this product, our agency agreed on a specific budget of Two Million Pesos
(2,000,000) to cover all of the expenses and maintenance required to complete this project. Then, of
course, our agency hired eight (people who had gone through various seminars, trainings, and proper
instruction on how to create our product. Our employees will be paid a monthly salary of Ten Thousand
Pesos (10,000) pesos. Product manufacturing will follow after many other processes. Our agency will
attempt to make Fifteen Thousand (15,000) pieces of Mosquito Spray Repellent, which will be divided
into three (3) different sizes: 3oz, 8oz, and 16oz, with the assistance of our trained personnel. Following
that, our product will be tested at various testing facilities to ensure its quality and safety before being
released to the market. Finally, product sales. Our product will be distributed to various stores in our
community in an attempt to recoup the funds that were spent on its development.

Anticipated outcome:

This product has mosquito-repelling properties, but it does not contain any chemicals that are harmful to
our skin or the environment. This product is entirely natural. Anyone can make use of it. It can be used as
an oil and works best when combined with coconut oil. With these additions, you can apply neem oil to
your skin or spray it in your home to keep mosquitos at bay. Because of this classification and description
of our product, our company anticipates meeting the needs of our community regarding the issue of
various diseases that a mosquito can bring to a family. In addition, our company anticipates a decrease in
the number of people who became ill as a result of mosquito bites and mosquito allergies. In addition, our
company anticipates recouping the funds spent on the process within a year. Our company also
anticipates that our product will be manufactured continuously for the next twenty (20) years.

How the outcome will be evaluated:

Aceite de neem will undergo different testing facilities and different quality checks before it reaches the
market. After production, our product will be sent to a respective testing agency to assure that everything
is smooth and fine. After the testing process, the agency of that testing facility will release a license that
will assure everyone that our product is 100% safe and 100% organic. After that, Aceite de Neem will
now proceed to the market. Participants in this product can also be asked whether or not the product
helped them; through this process, we can generate ideas for improving the product and creating a better
and more comfortable outcome. In order to ensure that the corresponding target significance is completely
executed, our customers can also be asked what benefits or great assistance the product has provided
them. Because of the feedback we received throughout the survey, we may see an increase in sales. And it
will benefit our company for as long as our customer's use.
