of bacteria, air borne measles and viruses.

Project Background and History

Since we are still experiencing the continuous spread of the virus, and as
the historical data shows that there is an increasing demand for face masks, face
shields, and alcohol sanitizers among the residents of San Carlos City. There is
even that time that it gets out of stock, when the cases of covid-19 virus is
massive in our city.

My business will initially operate home-based, and use social media (e.g.,
facebook and instagram) to showcase designs and actual personalized facemasks,
face shields, and alcohol sanitizers designs for ease of browsing and ordering.

Any customer will have the option to pick-up their orders or have it
delivered at their convenience.
Management and Personnel Feasibility
My primary strategy is to offer to the customers a variety of options for
choosing their own custom face masks, face shields, and alcohol sanitizers
designs. The customers may choose from the existing designs to make them feel
better, confident, and unique by wearing my products which is the COVID Safety

For my offered product for face masks are plain colors, designed, brand
inspired (e.g., channel, LV, dior, and Gucci), cartoon inspired, Disney inspired, and
customized. For face shields are plain and customized designs. For alcohol
sanitizers, it will be just an additional freebie.

For the promotion strategy of our products we use facebook Ads, flyers,
signboard and magazines. Since we all know that more promotions, more
customers will be encourage to buy my product. So I decided to invest a bit large
amount of money in my promoting strategy.

Since I can’t explain it in person, I added and made this financial
projections.

 Minimum Price per kits of my products = P100

 Expected no. of items sold daily = 500 pcs
 100 x 500 = P50,000
 Minimum Daily Gross Sales = P50,000
 Daily operation cost (store electricity, online) = P500
