Sub : Providing the consultancy services for Structural Design works of anchor pile to be used
for the Initial Pile load test

Ref : Details received vide email dated 24/05/2022

We are furnishing herewith our offer for the consultancy services of the project in subject as
under:
1.0 Scope of services:

(1) To understand the requirements of the client, obtaining and review of the
available/provided data or advice for additional data, if necessary.
(2) Preparation and submission of structure design drawings of the anchor piles in
softcopies based on relevant IRC/IS codes.
(3) To get the approval from the Proof consultant/Authority if any.
(4) The design and drawings of the anchor pile will be submitted for the four
locations as provided.
(5) The work will be started on receipt of the work order/LOI.

2.0 Fee
(i) The lump-sum fees for the services mentioned in clause 1.0, above will be
Rs. 70,000/- (i.e. total Seventy Thousand Only).
(ii) GST, which is presently 18.00% shall be payable as applicable, over and above the
fee quoted at Clause 2.0 (i) & (ii).
(iii)Any site visit or client office visit require for the present work is not considered in the
present scope and shall be arranged or the expenses occurred during the visit shall
be reimbursed.

 3.0 Payment Terms

Sr No Activity Payment
1 On receipt of work order 10 %
2 On Submission of the design and 70 %
drawings.
3 On approval of the design and drawings 20 %
