PROJECT TITLE

WWW: We help each other! We work! We clean!

I. PROJECT RATIONALE:

We, the residents of barangay población 2 saw that there is a lack of segregation of trash that
causes a lot of floods, blocked canal, littering, pollution and many other problems that can cause
many more.

II. OBJECTIVES

• This project aims to sustain cleanliness and improve solid waste management.
• This also create a public awareness on waste management and environment concern.

III. PROPONENTS

Everyone from Barangay Población 2

IV. PROJECT DURATION

This project will be done every month on weekends.

V. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project focuses to teach everyone on how to proper waste management and also to help our
environment to be better. The desire goal of this project is to achieve a clean, fine roads, and less

flood, this will also aim to have a “bayanihan” in our barangay because it will be voluntary to
everyone who wants to help. This project will be implemented every month in 2024-2025. This
project doesn’t need any budget since it will be voluntary to everyone. This will help anyone to
achieve a better and clean barangay and, to practice a working together.

VI. TARGET BENEFICIARIES

The beneficiaries of this project are for everyone in Barangay población 2

VII. BUDGET PROPOSAL

The allotted budget for this project is not that big but, they can donate money, drinks, and foods
since it will be voluntary.

VIII. MONITORING AND EVALUATION

The assigned monitoring team will conduct the aid monitoring on and after the implementation
of the said project proposal. This will serve as the template for monitoring.

nowadays because “most of them” doesn’t care about their

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND

Barangay 2 Poblacion is a barangay in the municipality of General Mariano Alvarez, in the

province of Cavite. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 4,163. This
represented 2.41% of the total population of General Mariano Alvarez.
