Description of the Research: This research is about the difficulties encountered by the
Accountancy graduates during their On- Job Training (OJT). It tries to answer the following
problems: 1.) What is the socio demographic profile of the Accountancy graduates in terms
of: a.) Age b.) Sex c.) Civil Status d.) Education Background? 2. What are the difficulties
encountered by the Accountancy graduates during their On- Job Training? (OJT)? 3.) What
are the coping mechanisms they used to overcome their difficulties encountered? 4.) What
action plan may be proposed based on the findings of the study?
