• Run daily reports in SAP GTS for the blocked partners/parties, perform denied and sanctioned party
screening (SPL/DPL) to release them in SAP.
• Generate report in SAP-R3 and review Sales Order (SO), Outbound Delivery (OBD) and Stock Transfer
Order (STO) and analyze the reasons for blockage & assign classification or License (contact
appropriate ECO for License) to release the orders.
• Work closely with Vendors to discuss the dispute of shipments or for any additional information.
• Analyzing licenses required for the shipment/Part numbers and working with authorities for the
appropriate license.
• Review and update country licenses for the part numbers, like EAR/ITAR, EUDU/UKML, etc.
• Working on Tableau reports (Stationary Orders Dashboard) and making sure the ordered parts are
available on agreed period to the Customers and updating order status on timely basis to the
concerned.
• Working closely with the product classification team and update HTS & ECCN codes accordingly in
SAP and maintain appropriate record-keeping to support classification.

process metrics.

 • Reviewing inventory and providing timely updates to team and make sure products are available for
the delivery on time to maintain the healthy relationship with Customer/Clients.
• Schedule meetings with the site ECO’s and engineering team and making sure complying with
Compliance policies.
• Working closely with Buyer to get required data for releasing the orders/products and maintain the
records.
• Extracting ECCN code and help in forecasting the Demand and provide number of licenses required in
advance.

initiatives.
