Beyond covid-19 lies a new normal – and new opportunities

In this article we can see the different changes in our world. The pandemic’s impact to the
demands for risk and insights in a wide range of domains, creating the newly normal leaders of
some business to be force outside their comfort zone and analyze the result or problem that they
are facing with, and they expect changes many changes and opportunity to have the in a better
shape. I think this article is right about the labor mobility is fallen sharply since the start of
pandemic, as we can see in our country many people loses their work especially for those who
needs physical contact because of the pandemic. And this started the change of labor mobility to
different countries, like the works being able to adjust in the pandemic. And yes as we can see in
our society that the weakness of having the pandemic is that the social safety of every people, the
social disparities between the politically left and right, old and young, and the rich and the poor,
have widened. At the same time the demands of many workers to have a health safeguard,
benefits, and their salary or pay. And also during this quarantine many have experience the
inequality of many to others. Many people has experience racism, that expand the issue in Black
lives matter movement may have increased the issues of social justices. And as we can see the
health of many people are in danger in a small town, and especially to the squatter area which
people live closer within each other. Also we cannot deny that the markets are also affected by
this, with virtual and digital by replacing the old ones like physical, adoption of automation,
artificial intelligence, and augment reality will surge. Costumers will prioritize the long term
value. And the most important changes in this are the individual and household behavior.
Everyone has a different mindset of their own, some believe that we needed social distancing and
people right now are relying more on social media. Every household has different ways to be
safe and secured some uses alcohol and some are disinfecting their selves every time they go out.
In the long term of this it can affect the mental health of different people, work, economic
insecurity and can turn into a traumatic stress disorder. And also the leaders of different nations,
companies and other more has to totally adjust like for planning a unthinkable outcome or
scenarios that can happen to the future, innovations for business and for the country. And by
being flexible and moving quickly at the right time, because every minute counts. I conclude that
this article has a good topic because for me I think this is complete that some of the problems
that we are facing and the positive and negative sign of these new normal and many different
