Important case
One of the most notable cases is that of
Walmart, in which its employees have to serve
hordes of people during Black Friday, which is
a challenge for employees, using virtual
reality, at Walmart they developed a
simulation that allows their workers to feel the
adrenaline of being among a crowd of buyers,
allowing them to prepare themselves to
respond in the best way possible to the real
experience.

Personal opinion
Personally I think that virtual reality or
metaverse is a great advance in technology which
can bring great benefits to society in areas such as
education and health, although its use in long
periods of time can generate a kind of addiction
and make people spend more time on the digital
platform instead of real life, this invention is
something that did not emerge long ago so it has a
lot of room for improvement and to get its full
potential, I also think that the ideal would be to try
to raise awareness on the issue to avoid some kind
of addiction and misuse of this technological
advancement.
