This document discusses the three types of conditional sentences in Indonesian:
1. Type I expresses wishes, hopes, or future plans using "if + present, will + infinitive".

Merupakan kalimat yang digunakan untuk menyatakan pengandaian atau menyatakan peristiwa yang tidak mungkin terjadi lagi.
Conditional sentence terdiri dari tiga bentuk atau tiga type:
1. Conditional sentence type I Bertujuan untuk menyatakan suatu keinginan, harapan ataupun rencana yang akan datang Rumus : If+S+Simple Present, S+Future Tense (Will) - If I have a lot money, I will buy a new car Faktanya : I don’t have enough money so I could not buy a new a car - if I pass the exam, I will continue to a university - If I know the answer, I will tell you - If I have enough time tomorrow, I will write a letter to my parents - If you open the windows, the room will get some fresh air - If he studies hard, he will pass the exam - If my friends come, I will be happy - If we go to Bali, we will visit a lot of wonderful beach - If you tell me about the problem, I will help you - If it is not rain, we will go shopping
2. Conditional Sentence type II
Menyatakan suatu keinginan, harapan ataupun rencana yang tak terpenuhi tapi di masa lalu Rumus : IF +S+Simple Past (V2), S+Past Future (Would +V1) - If I had a lot of money, I would buy a new car - If I passed the exam, I would continue to a university Faktanya : I don’t pass the exam now - If I knew the answer, I would tell you - If I had enough time yesterday, I would wrote a letter to my parents - If he studied hard, he would pass the exam - If we went to Bali, we would visit a lot of wonderful beach - If my friends came yesterday, I would be happy - If you told me about the problem, I would help you - If it was not rain, we would go shopping
3. Conditional Sentence type III
Menyatakan penyesalan tentang suatu hal atau persoalan yang terlanjur terjadi di masa lalu Rumus : If + S+Past Perfect (had+VIII), S+Past Future Perfect (would+Have+VIII) - If I had had a lot of money, I would have bought a new car - If I had passed the exam, I would have continued to a university - If I had known the answer, I would have told you - If he had studied hard, he would have passed the exam - If I had had enough time, I would have written a letter to my parents - If you had told me about the problem, I would have helped you - If we had received some money, we would have gone to New York - If we had gone to Bali, we would have visited a lot of wonderful beach - If it hadn’t been rain, we would have gone shopping
