MODERN INTRIOR DESIGN

If the architecture of the building is done in a modern style,

definitely the design of the entrance lobby of the building
should be done in a modern way. One of the special
features of modern lobby design is simplicity in design and
motifs, soft lighting, use of minimal colors and smooth and
polished surfaces in the lobby.
DIMENSIONS AND STANDARDS IN THE LOBBY IN MODERN LOBBY

In luxury buildings, the size of the lobby is equal to one floor

of the building, which can be used in two ways. In the first
case, all the space is allocated to the lobby, and in the other
case, the janitor's room, meeting hall, sports space and
other facilities are also considered in the lobby plan.
Regarding the size of the lobby, the section related to
security or my lobby should have a size that is proportional
to the overall size of the lobby. For example, in a lobby with
large dimensions, the security department should be equally
large.
The size of the lobby elevator is at least 1.5 x 1.5 meters.

CLASSIC LOBBY DESIGN
Classic lobby design Another type of building lobby is the
classical style lobby. In this style, special attention is paid to
colors and lighting, and classic style furniture and
decorations are often used for decoration. Multi-branch
chandeliers also contribute a lot to the classic design of the
lobby.
WHAT IS THE STANDARD SIZING
FOR A LOBBY?
Lobby sizes vary depending on the type of business and the
overall scale of the building. In general, a small lobby should be
no less than 6 x 6 feet, or 36 square feet, while large lobbies
should be a minimum of 8 x 15 feet, or 120 square feet. Of
course, hotel and hospital lobbies are always much larger than
traditional office lobbies. The height of most lobbies tends to be
tall, with ceilings reaching approximately 15 feet. Most are
accompanied by large, tall windows to allow for natural light.
Doorways should be 32-inches or wider to allow for
accessibility. No matter what size your building is, it’s always
best to consult with your local jurisdiction to ensure that your
lobby is up to code.
What Is A Building Lobby?
A building lobby is the first thing people see when entering a
building, and also where people walk through before they go down
hallways or enter individual rooms. It may also be referred to as a
foyer or entryway, but the word lobby is the term that’s most
typically used when referring to a business. Many lobbies include
chairs or couches so that people can sit and wait to be greeted by
someone at the business.
PORTFOLIO
Properties with a maximum height of 6 meters and an area of

200 square meters or less are not required to provide a lobby.
However, in relation to the non-implementation of the lobby, it
is necessary to take the necessary safety and protection
measures to prevent and reduce the destructive effects in the
event of a fire.

01 Theaters: Halls should usually have 0.8

0.2 square meters or 0.6 0.8 square
meters of space per person. Today, the
function of the halls has changed.

COLOCTION The design of the residential lobby plan in the buildings is designed
based on the size or substructure of the building, so that it is neither
too big nor too small.
In the discussion of the standard dimensions of the residential lobby
and the size of the lobby, the issue of the ceiling is also very
important, and usually in the design of the ceiling of the residential
lobby, the height is relatively high. In big towers, this ceiling is high
enough to hang a big chandelier from it.
Large windows can also be considered in the design of the lobby plan
to let in more light.
