Program Purpose
项目目的
A well-structured program provides an outlined guideline for hotel and student intern to make
most of the internship and ensure the consistence of internship training plan in various hotels
across China.
The purpose of the program is to introduce trainee to the company, the brand, and hotel; given
students opportunity to not only build on previously learned knowledge/skills but learn new
skills and become proficient in their expertise; make students feel welcomed to Marriott, help
increase students’ morale, foster positive school relations to eventually benefit hotel, student
intern and school, make Marriott as the Most Preferred Employer on campus.
“万豪实习生项目”是一个专门为实习生设计的全方位培训项目,旨在帮助酒店和实习生
最大化实习成效,同时保持各酒店实习生培训计划的一致性。该项目将帮助实习生在一个
舒适积极的环境中了解公司、品牌及酒店,给予他们学习新的技能的机会,帮助他们成为
精通专业技能人士,提升实习生士气,培养积极的校园关系,使得万豪成为校园招聘之首
选雇主。

Please collect trainee information after their graduation and submit to your area champion.

If you hire an associate who completed their internship in another Marriott hotel, please fill in below form
and submit to your area champion. This form is submitted quarterly basis.
