We the students of Ifugao State University-Potia Campus taking Bachelor of Science in


Forestry are conducting the Research titled INDIGENOUS KNOWLEDGE SYSTEM
AND PRACTICES OF FOREST (PINUCHU) CONSERVATION OF MT. AMBALAWAG
IN, JACMAL AGUINALDO, IFUGAO. This is part of our requirements under the
Research 2 before graduating in the course mentioned herein.

In this manner, we can learn more Indigenous Practices of our elders in preserving our
environment despite the modernization happening today and the continues climate
change that brought catastrophes and calamities that destroyed properties and the live
of the people in that said area.

Relative to this, may we humbly request for your permission allowing us to conduct our
study in Mt. Ambalawag with our objectives to determine physical and biological of Mt.
Amabalawag, to determine the implications of these Indigenous practices to education
and socio Economic development of the Aguinaldo people, describe eminent
knowledge, attitude and practices in the conservation of forest in Mt. Ambalawag and
describe the conservation initatiatives in Mt. Ambalawag.

conservation of forest in Mt. Ambalawag and describe the conservation initatiatives in
Mt. Ambalawag.
