1 IBM Cloud For SBD Brazil project ,Yash Team will continue to use IBM Cloud Pak tool for Medium Project Manager
Pack doing the data profiling and generating data quality score.
1 IBM Cloud Productionizing IBM cloud Pak tool will take some time so, we need to High Project Manager
Pack perform all activities in sandbox environment only for now.
1 IBM Cloud Since, we don’t have access to create Platform connections in IBM Cloud Low Resource Manager
Pack Pak, we need to ask Pavan to create platform connections for each Mock
cycles/environments.

1 IBM Cloud For fuzzy duplicates removal ( de-duplication process) we will use SAP BODS Low Project Manager
Pack (Match Transform) as in IBM Cloud Pak we will be needing paid DataStage
service.

1 IBM Cloud Business users will be given “Viewer” role in IBM Cloud Pak portal so that,
Pack they can view data quality score and error records on the portal.

2 Data DM team will proceed to develop load BODS job as High Project Manager
Mapping ZMRO type of materials will be loaded from QAD and CRIB sources mapping document and do test load.
3 Data QAD team will extract and place the data in mapping Low Resource Manager
Mapping FERT and HALB materials will be loaded from QAD document for fields which requires mappings/look up
from E03

4 Data Will receive ZMRO materials from CRIB source in excel file from CRIB source BPO team/ Mauricio &team will provide E03 data for Low Project Manager
Mapping team lookup fields on QAD source data
5 Data Mauricio will discuss with Finance team, Business to get
Mapping info for below fields :
Profit center, MRP Controller (Materials Planner) , Goods
Business users will be given “Viewer” role in IBM Cloud Pak portal so that, Receipt Processing Time in Days details, Category of
they can view data quality score and error records on the portal. International Article Number (EAN), Measure(Scope of
field with Andrew).

BPO team/ Raquel need to provide Extraction relevancy

rules, Deduplication rules (in source and target) .
