Session At the end of the session, learner will be able to:
Objectives a. Identify the positive effect of teamwork;
b. Appreciate the effect of teamwork in the classroom; and
c. Demonstrate teamwork through games.
Key Concepts Cooperation - the process of working together to the same end.
Teamwork - work done by a group acting together so that each member does
a part that contributes to the efficiency of the whole.
Effects of Teamwork

3. makes activity fun
4. enhances personal learning
5. lowers the risk of burnout
6. gives opportunities for social growth

Concept 30 minutes Activity: “Samson, Lion, Delilah”
Exploration
The game is like rock, paper and scissors.
Divide the class into 2 groups.
Each group must create a line parallel to each other.
The 2 teams will stand back to back.
The teacher will say “Samson, Lion, Delilah”
Both groups will face each other with a pose.
Samson poses as a macho man
Lion poses with hands facing like a claw
Delilah poses with hands on waist.
Group discussion:
Announce the winner.
How they won the game?
If they don’t cooperate with the team will they win?
What is the key to have a better outcome in the game?
What are the effects of teamwork that you have
experienced?
