I am a sophomore at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, majoring in

Electronic and Electrical Engineering. After finding your internship post on InternOpps, I would like
to apply for a position in Chengdu, China during summer, 2021.

Getting involved in a professional research project has a strong attraction to me, through which I
can extend my electrical knowledge learned in class to practical experience. Additionally, I really
admire the ambition of SUStanEL and believe sustainable power along with other 21st century
challenges deserves our joint efforts to deal with.

Acting as a research assistant in Neural Engineering Lab, I have strengthened my professional

skills including analyzing data and solving problems. Through coding in the MATLAB, I managed to
process all collected neural data to analyze their characteristics. Also, once in an experiment, I
quickly found out the cause of inaccurate signal collection, malfunction of a specific device.

Additionally, my leadership is well demonstrated especially in my role as President of an

association. Based on my reasonable division of work, our team of 26 members succeeded in
holding ICEBREAK activity with maximum 300 participants, during which we organizers shared
information immediately and effectively.

I am a dedicated and self-motivated sophomore studying Electronic and Electrical Engineering in

University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, with a great passion for sustainable

energy industry. I master analytical skills to process data and have individual project experience in

designing electron devices. I am also good at leading and communicating, ensuring a whole team

to work effectively. I am currently looking for an opportunity to join professional research projects in

which I can put my electrical knowledge into practical use, benefiting a company with an ambition to

overcome challenges in the 21st century.
